OUR COMPANY 

Established in 1978 by founder and President David Youngson, DYA represents wholesale suppliers of giftware to the retail trade.

Our team of 30 sales professionals in two divisions service Canada from coast-to-coast with the latest and best giftware collections from fun novelty products to beautiful home objects, fashion accessories, personal care and jewelry.  We built our business though strong supplier partnerships, long-standing retailer relationships, superior customer service, and, of course, our stellar sales team.

We work with some of the largest giftware design companies in the world but also love to nurture fresh new start up lines.  We support Canadian independent retailers by constantly offering them exciting new product and work with major accounts to source goods from around the world and introduce them to new players in the industry.

Twice yearly David Youngson and Associates exhibits in prime locations at the following gift shows:

• CANGIFT TORONTO GIFT FAIR, TORONTO
• CANGIFT ALBERTA GIFT FAIR, EDMONTON

Our Toronto show is by far our largest set up, with 96 booths in the Design Essentials division of Canada’s largest gift fair.  Our Edmonton shows are smaller set ups designed to service regional retailers who may not be able to travel to Toronto for each market.
